There’s something special about the simple elegance of campfire cooking, bringing friends and loved ones together, as it has done for thousands of years. On those cool, dark evenings when the sun has set, the warmth of the fire brings us together to share our own stories and spin a good yarn. There’s nothing quite like the powerful aromas of open flame cooking that ignite a primal nostalgia for the way our ancestors evolved.

 Wildfire was founded by chef, Kent Mulligan, with a simple goal to enhance and showcase the rich, natural flavours of wild, harvested produce. Wildfire seasonings are unique, artisan blends of Australian wild herbs, local salts and nutrient rich native plant extracts which will perfectly compliment a broad range of meats, fish, seafood and vegetables.
