Wildfire was founded by chef, Kent Mulligan, with a simple goal to enhance and showcase the rich, natural flavours of wild, harvested produce. Wildfire seasonings are unique, artisan blends of Australian wild herbs, local salts and nutrient rich native plant extracts which will perfectly compliment a broad range of meats, fish, seafood and vegetables.
